Client Services

You’ll support our advisers to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect through optimising day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and embracing innovative technology. Your role will be supported by our commitment to operational excellence, enhancing the value we deliver to our clients.

Business Services

You’ll work collaboratively with advisers and teams across Lloyds Wealth to support delivering a great client journey and helping Lloyds Wealth succeed. Your focus will be on delivering consistent, high-quality service, fostering strong supplier partnerships, and driving operational efficiency. By ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and embedding resilience into our processes, you will contribute to a streamlined and client-centric service experience.

Investments

You’ll be working with investment products, supporting third party suppliers with investment strategy or providing investment support to our advisers.

Human Resources

You’ll be helping to manage our pivotal people agenda in talent, learning and development, reward, organisation design or employee relations.

Finance and Audit

Within finance you’ll be helping control our finances in capital and liquidity, taxation, statutory and regulatory reporting or investment accounting. And in audit you’ll be providing independent and timely assurance on internal control, risk management and governance systems, processes and reporting.

Marketing and Propositions

You’ll be supporting communications, digital marketing, creating engaging content or developing value-led propositions to address our clients' needs.

Risk

You’ll be helping to manage risk effectively by ensuring regulatory compliance, helping prevent fraud and financial crime or managing operational risk.

Legal

You’ll be advising on legal, regulatory and governance matters that impact our business.

I've had the opportunity to trial various roles across the business, joining as a Paraplanner, moving to the Advice Framework team, becoming an Associate Investment Specialist, and finally moving into Product & Propositions. Each role has provided unique challenges and learning experiences, allowing me to discover what truly excites me. The support and flexibility to move around different areas of the business have been instrumental for my career progression.
