I've lost my Lloyds Wealth app link, where can I find it?

Your adviser or support team will have invited you to register to the Lloyds Wealth secure app via email. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk folder. If the email is not there or the link has expired, please reach out to your support team to send a new invite. Once registered, please use this link to access the Lloyds Wealth app. You can also log in from the existing client's page.

How do I pay my initial advice fee?

You can pay through bank transfer or by cheque. If you bank with Lloyds Bank, the initial advice fee can be taken by debit authority.

How do I withdraw money from my investments?

We offer advice on withdrawals to help you take the right steps for your overall position. Your local support colleagues will then process the withdrawal and let you know when to expect the funds in your linked bank account.

How can I change my details (address, phone number, email) ?

You can update your contact details by logging into the Lloyds Wealth app or calling your support team.

When can I expect my tax summary?

Accepted Answer

Clients receive a tax statement in May / June time outlining their tax position. ISA Only clients do not receive a tax summary as ISAs are not subject to tax. SIPP clients receive an Annual Statement.

When will I receive my statements?

Accepted Answer

About 6 to 7 weeks after the end of each quarter, you will receive a statement detailing the current position of your portfolio – either by post or by logging into the Lloyds Wealth app. You will receive an email notifying you when your statements are ready in the Lloyds Wealth app.

If I want to send a letter, which address should I use?

Send all written correspondence to Lloyds Wealth, 1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES.

If I am making transfers into my account, how long should this take?

The time it takes can depend on where your transfer is coming from and the type of product you are transferring. Your support team will chase the transfer and keep you fully updated if there are any delays.

I only signed up to one-off advice, can I change to ongoing advice?

Accepted Answer

Yes – you can change to Ongoing Advice at any time, if suitable for you and recommended by your adviser. Your adviser or support team can explain the steps needed to change to ongoing advice and will set out the additional fees applicable.

My family member/friend needs financial advice - how do I put them in touch?

We welcome every opportunity to help friends and family. Simply call your adviser or your support team to refer your friends or family. We can then book a free initial consultation. If your recommendation turns into a client relationship, we offer gifts and rewards as a thank you.
