Selling your investment

There are several ways you can sell your investment, either partially or in full:

Online investor portal - Use the Digital Investor Investment Platform. If you haven't activated your portal access yet, simply visit our registration page at www.investor.spw.com. It's quick and easy and hosts a range of great functions! All you need is your account number and personal details.

Withdrawal form – Complete and sign a withdrawal form, available to download from our Direct Investor Hub, and send it in to us at Lloyds Wealth (ACD), PO Box 13482, Chelmsford, CM99 2GN. Please ensure the form is completed in full and that all registered holders sign to avoid any unnecessary delays. 

If your anti-money laundering documentation is in good order and we have your bank account details, your trade will be placed on receipt of your instruction and your proceeds will be sent to your nominated bank account. 

If there is any outstanding anti-money laundering documentation, you will be advised at the time, either over the phone if you have called, or by letter if you have placed the instruction in writing or via the Online Portal. We will require your anti-money laundering documentation to be completed and in good order before you can receive any redemption proceeds. 

We may need additional information from you to confirm your identity. This will be confirmed with you either over the phone or in writing before we can release your proceeds. 

Once we receive this, we will be able to release your proceeds to your nominated bank account, provided your anti-money laundering documentation is in good order.
